After your amazing cruise you will fly to Sandakan in Borneo for the next part of you trip which will include a visit to the Sepilok Orangutang Rehabilitation centre and embrace nature at is most beautiful during your three night stay.

    Malacca City (also spelled Melaka) is the capital of the coastal state of Malacca, in southwestern Malaysia. At its center, Jonker Street, Chinatown’s main thoroughfare, is known for antique shops and its night market. Nearby, the 17th-century Chinese Cheng Hoon Teng temple has ornate decorations and multiple prayer halls. A green, 3-tiered roof tops the 18th-century, Javanese-influenced Kampung Kling Mosque.

    After breakfast you will disembark and be collected and be taken to Singapore airport for your flight with Malaysian airlines via Kuala Lumpur Upon arrival at Sandakan airport, you will be met by a member of the Destination Asia team and will be transferred to your hotel, where the rest of the day is at your leisure

    Day twelve Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre

    At this centre, you'll feed the orangutans and observe man’s closest relative being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and experience a walk in the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. Take a visit to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre, the centre that managed to improve the living conditions of the rescued sun bear and released their natural behaviours in the enclosed forest. Then, you`ll depart Sepilok Centre and transfer to the jetty in Sandakan for the scheduled boat departure where You`ll take an hour boat cruise up to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary, where you will take your lunch at Abai Jungle Restaurant. This is a wonderful journey of discovery which starts from the waters of Sulu Sea of Sandakan Town through the magnificent scenery of the Mangrove Forest. Late afternoon you will continue to check in at Abai Jungle Lodge where you will experience a night time cruise to search for wildlife until the sun sets

    Day thirteen Cruise to Sukau Village

    Wake up by the calls of nature and take a river trip to Pitas Oxbow Lake to observe wildlife and experience the unique Pitas Oxbow Lake. Check-out after breakfast and cruise up river to Sukau village in search of primates, especially the wild orang utan, birds, pygmy elephant and other wildlife. Arrive in Sukau, having lunch before checking in at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. Then, return to the lodge for dinner
