I would like to express my gratitude to the consultant from your cruise department.
Having never cruised before she explained everything perfectly and I went ahead with the booking for 2nd March 2013. She has arranged everything; not only the cruise but also the flights, transfers and the hotel. She even helped me choose my cabin and explained exactly what needed to be done with regards to visas etc.
Her dedication was second to none and she was friendly and polite.

I would like to say how grateful I am to the consultant (staff member named and advised) who today dealt with the booking of my travel arrangements for our holiday to Turkey next August.
She identified that our reserved accommodation did not match with available flights from Manchester Airport, suggested an alternative nearby airport (Liverpool) that we could fly from and checked with Reservations that that we could alter our accommodation reservation to the appropriate date. She then suggested options for overnight stays and holiday parking at Liverpool Airport.
In all of this she demonstrated considerable knowledge of the flight and holiday options, awareness of my family's requirements and overall courtesy and attention to detail.
She has greatly assisted the smooth booking of our holiday arrangements.

Once again, I would like to take time to say thanks for a brilliant holiday.
This was a three legged holiday to the United States, with the first leg to New York staying at the New Yorker hotel, organised for us by World of Hotels. We had a fantastic time visiting all the major sites, especially Ground Zero so close to the 10th anniversary.
The next leg took us to San Fransisco, staying at the Hotel Donatello. San Fransisco is, in my opinion, one of the nicest cities I have been to, with the world famous cable cars, Fishermans Wharf - a place to spend many an happy hour – and the famous, 'not to be missed' Alcratraz island.
Leg three took us to the capital, Washington, again staying with World of Hotels at the Capitol Hill Suites, close to all the major sites. The picture shows us in front of the Capitol building on a very wet morning; however, the sun did shine as we visited the White House and many, many more special sites.
Thanks again to all at Club La Costa for the arrangements. I can safely say without this membership we would not have been able to visit the many places we have been to over the years.

I would like to commend the consultant (staff member named and advised) for the professional, efficient way in which she dealt with our flight bookings to Malaga. She went the extra mile in making sure that we received the most out of our flight voucher, which I really appreciated.

Further to the completion and confirmation of our trip to the United States later this year, for which we received the amended receipt on Monday last, I would like to comment upon the service that CLC Travel provided.
This holiday is a little different, and rather complex, involving three separate cities, two different train journeys, and a flight to/from different US cities. The itinerary grew to this description, flexed and moved dates. Use of CLC points also had to be considered, so all in all quite a complex process.
I know from my part the time it took to help reach this conclusion. Throughout the process we dealt with the consultant (staff member named and advised), Travel Supervisor. The duration from initial phone call to completion last Friday must have been 2/3 weeks and throughout this time I always found her to be courteous and patient. No matter what other work she had to do she would always accommodate my call or email.
When she stated that she would get back to me with an answer or confirmation, it would always happen, with the necessary information.
She mentioned that the structure of the holiday made it different to the bookings that she would often normally deal with and she described it at the time as a fantastic trip. She enabled me to see past all the potential problems and the ultimate goal of enjoying such a holiday.
An excellent service and I hope to be able to contact her again in the future with another idea.

Last week I booked a cruise with Club La Costa. the consultant (staff member named and advised) who took the booking was very helpful, informative and friendly and I would like to praise her.
She transferred me to reservations to complete my booking and the agent (whose name I cannot remember) went out of his way to get the type of apartment I wanted.
I have booked holidays with Club La Costa for 12 years now but must say that this was the most pleasant experience due to the two agents.
I now look forward to the special holiday next year, a week's cruise in the Med and then a penthouse apartment to celebrate a 'special birthday' for my husband.

I hope this e-mail finds you well.
I am now back from my cruise and I wanted to take the time to say thank you for all your assistance. We had a fantastic time, it was the best ship I've ever been on and Celebrity service was second to none.
Also, I wanted to let you know that British Airways came up trumps and allocated me an exit seat on both the outward and return journey so all in all a very good outcome which 'bookended' a fab holiday.
Thanks again and I will definitely be in touch in future.

We would like to thank World of Hotels for arranging our stay in Barcelona for 12 and 13th May.
The Hotel Avienda Palace is located in a very central position, giving easy access to many places of interest, access to on/off tour buses as well as public transport. We would certainly recommend this hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the bathrooms are huge. The included breakfast catered for all tastes and there was a large selection.
After our stay in Barcelona we took a cruise, booked with your cruise department, to Western Mediterranean. It was fantastic and we have written a separate letter of appreciation to the department.
All in all, we are very proud to be Club La Costa members. Your staff make our holidays extra special and your accommodation always pleases.
